About Miorița
Miorița is an application designed to help you take your first steps into the world of programming. It can be accessed freely or used in specialized courses.
How did it all start?
With the creation of the YouTube channel Școala Web, Cornel wanted to develop a general introduction course in programming in Romanian.
Similar applications to Miorița exist (like the Karel robot), but they often need to be downloaded as apps, are too specific to the programming language being taught, or simply look like projects made by engineers without an aesthetic sense.
Miorița is the first project created by Programming Gurus.

What technologies have we used?

In addition to the public app, we developed a tool for editing lessons and challenges for Miorița.
The students can write programming code to control Miorița.
The written code is stored in the browser's memory and is never sent to the server.
